Finnriver Cider (Washington)

Pome & Stone Apple & Apricot Cider

Finnriver was founded in 2008, producing ciders that range from apple-forward orchard blends to innovative fruited and botanical ciders. Pome and Stone is made from a blend of organic Golden Russet, Granny Smith, and Pink Lady apples co-fermented with apricots. Off-dry, refreshing, and crisp with tart stone fruit, honey, and light floral notes.

Alpenfire Cider (Washington)

Calypso Blackberry, Rum Barrel Aged Cider

Calypso is made from a blend of PNW apples (primarily Pippins) and whole foraged blackberries, fermented together and oak aged in Bull Run Distilling Rum barrels.

Seattle CIder Co. (Washington)

Vivid - Fresh Peach Low ABV, Peach Flavored Cider

Seattle Cider launched their Vivid Light cider lineup this year, which includes a range of light, sessionable ciders using whole fruit. At only 4.2% ABV, Vivid Light Fresh Peach is great for when you want something light and refreshing. Made with Washington Apples and Peaches, capturing the best of summer and fall fruit that can be enjoyed year-round. Great paired with brunch.

Renaissance Orchards (Washington)

Bourbon Barrel Maple Maple Infused, Barrel Aged Cider

Renaissance Orchards grows European bittersweet apple varieties that have been long used in traditional cidermaking, making small batch ciders from their own orchards. This Bourbon Barrel Maple was fermented with Canadian Maple Syrup and Aged for at Least 1-Year in bourbon barrels. Aromas of fresh apple juice, bourbon, and maple candy. Not at all heavy as you might expect, this cider is semi-sweet with maple, vanilla, and fresh apple juice notes up front balanced by juicy acidity. The maple, bourbon, and oak flavors are well-balanced without overpowering the lovely apple-forward notes.

Snowdrift Cider

Cliffbreaks Dry, Bittersweet Cider Apple Blend

Snowdrift Cider has been making cider commercially since 2009, with Cliffbreaks being a regular release in their lineup, typically in a 750 mL bottle format and now available in this smaller 500 mL size. Made from a blend of French, English, and American cider apple varieties, Cliffbreaks is a bold cider with juicy grapefruit- lemonade acidity and well-structured tannin, while a light sparkle carries rich flavors of caramel and dried fruits to the aromatic coconut finish.

Fierce County Cider (Washington)

Marionberry Cider Friut Flavored Cider

Launched in 2017 inside a cozy 97-square foot production space, Fierce County Cider has since expanded. Producing modern, flavor-forward ciders, Fierce County believes cider goes beyond the apple, which they showcase in their ciders using fruits, berries, hops, and more. This marionberry cider is tart, sweet, and full-bodied with a hint of sweet apple and bitter earthiness, which finishes with lingering tangy blackberry & raspberry notes.
