Endless Harvest is a cider made from a blend of McIntosh, Golden Russet, Porter’s Perfection, and some French apple varieties, blended post-fermentation. The inspiration for this cider came from wanting to create a perfect cider to be enjoyed year-round, pairing well with a variety of foods. Cidre Rouge Bronze Medal, Co-Fermented Fruit

Cidre Rouge is a coferment of Oregon-grown Pinot Noir grape skins together with estate grown Geeveston Fanny apples. Dry with well balanced tannins and acidity, this coferment opens with great aromatics, fresh apple flavor, and notes of black cherry, twig, and apple skin. Kingston Black Bronze Medal, Single-Varietal Category

Kingston Black is made from 100% Kingston Black, a bittersharp apple originating in the United Kingdom and well-known for making a balanced yet complex cider without needing blended with other apple varieties. This year’s KB cider from Bauman’s is spontaneously fermented with wild, naturally occurring yeast. Dry, with tannic phenolics supported by balanced acidity.
