Western Cider
Sour Cherry 6.7% (500 ml)
From the land of many mountains, Western Cider’s Sour Cherry is crafted on the bank of the Clark Fork River in Missoula, Montana. Here, tart cherries and apples from a cooperative of Northwest orchards come together in a tank to create a special sip of summer. Iconic cherry and apple fruits co-ferment, creating a lush, gem toned cider with notes of cinnamon, clove, jammy red fruits and a mouthwatering finish. Pairs well with radicchio salad, wild game or sushi.
Western Cider
Ciderkin 4.5 % (12 oz)
A light beverage with agricultural roots, Ciderkin was traditionally enjoyed by farmers, cidermakers and folks in the orchards. Made in the style of a piquette or acqua pazza – apple pomace is rehydrated, pressed and wild fermented into a delicious, zippy sessionable cider with just enough buzz. Western’s small batch Ciderkin is made with Domaine, Harry Masters Jersey, Amere de Berthcourt, Harrison, Wickson, Muscadet de Dieppe, Kingston Black and other varieties. A perfect low abv summer session cider!
Beare's Originals
Original Haze 5% (19.2 oz)
Incline Cider began with a father-son team in 2015. Inspired to craft unique and approachable ciders from Yakima Washington apples. We are excited to share their new fresh release, Beare’s Original Haze features unfiltered Honeycrisp apples. This outdoor-adventure-ready cider in a tall can pours with a hazy profile, offering a depth of flavor at a refreshingly low 5% abv.
Bauman’s Cider
Reine des Pommes 5.8% (500 ml)
Reine des Pommes is a new hard to find, small batch release from award winning Bauman’s Cider. This “Queen of the Apples” cider blend includes: Reine des Pommes, Muscadet de Dieppe, Muscat des lens, Michelin and Daintett apples resulting in a rich and tannic French cider with lavish notes of nougat, tobacco and caramel. Original label artwork by Beatrice Mandel.
Bauman’s Cider
Peach Bellini Cider 6.7% (500 ml)
Northwest apples are perfectly peach kissed in this cidermaker limited release. Stemming from deep rooted family farming traditions in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Bauman’s crafts a cider version of the classic champagne cocktail that’s light and delicately sweet, and flavored with farm-fresh peaches. Peach Bellini Cider is part of a cider cocktail series that speaks to the versatility of fermented apples and creativity of Bauman’s cidermakers. Grab your brunch crew and pour some liquid sunshine.
Viola Orchards
Clear Creek Strawberry 7.2% (500 ml)
Viola Orchards is family owned farm and cidery located in Estacada, Oregon, in what once was the town of Viola. Viola’s NW Cider Club debut is a summer classic, Clear Creek Strawberry Cider. Named for the creek that runs alongside their orchard, one of the main tributaries to the Clackamas River. This clean, dry cider has easy undertones of strawberry. Inhale soft notes of wild strawberry and citrus blooms, sip tastes of dehydrated apple, raspberry and stone.
