Nashi Orchards
Airlies Redflesh Cider 7.6% ABV (750 ml)
This Single varietal from Nashi features organically grown Airlies Red apples by Luckiamute River Farm in King’s Valley, Oregon. This incredible apple was discovered in 1960 as an indigenous seedling, the yellow green skin conceals a beautiful rose colored flesh, producing an amazing red-colored cheerful juice. This cider has just the right amount of dryness and acidity to pair perfectly with your holiday spread.
RAW Cider
Semi-Dry 7.6% ABV (750 ml)
A new comer cider company, RAW Cider is making a splash with seasoned cidermaker, Levi Danielson and a bounty of beautiful fruit. They were awarded Best New Cidery of the Year at Portland International Cider Cup in 2022 and honored with a Gold medal in the French Category for this Traditional Method Sparkling Cider, Semi Dry. Crafted from a blend of Airlie Red and Karmijn de Sonneville apples sourced from family farms in the Willamette & Kings Valleys in Oregon. This complex cider has a touch of sweetness which comes from Airlie Red apple juice which was back blended at the end of fermentation – a wonderful cider to toast friends and loved ones this winter season!
Nashi Orchards
Island Harvest Perry 6.7% ABV (750 ml)
Island Harvest Perry from Nashi pours pear in your glass in a way you may not have tasted before. Hailing from the largest Island in Washington’s naturally stunning Puget Sound, this perry (no apples, all pears!) is made from 100% Vashon Island pears, featuring Nashi’s own estate-grown Shinsseiki and perry pears as well as foraged seedling pears. Fruit forward pear flavor with a slight residual sweetness makes this a great partner for salmon and spicy food.
RAW Cider
Brut Nature 7.5% ABV (750 ml)
Another hard-to-find, small batch selection from RAW, you won’t want to miss, Brut Nature may be the bottle you ring in the new year with. This bone dry Traditional Method Sparkling Cider is made from a blend of Airlie Red and Karmijn de Sonneville apples sourced from family farms in the Willamette Valley and Kings Valley in Oregon. The fine, silky bubbles in this cider would pair really well with a wide variety of charcuterie board spreads.
