Finnriver Farm & Cider (Washington)

Fire Barrel Barrel Aged Heritage Cider

Founded in 2008, Finnriver produces ciders that range from apple-forward orchard blends to innovative fruited and botanical ciders. Fire Barrel is a longtime favorite or ours, and this year’s release is no exception. Having been released year after year, we only wish we’d kept previous vintages in our cellar for comparing the nuances that each year’s harvest bring to this cider. Made from 100% organic estate grown apples, fermented slow through the winter, Fire Barrel drinks off-dry with complex, warming notes.

Alpenfire Cider (Washington)

Foxwhelp Single-Varietal Cider

The newest vintage of this estate-grown, single-varietal cider featuring a favorite apple mongst the cider-making community. The Foxwhelp apple is an English bittersharp cider apple, known for its aromatics and versatility. Each release of this cider from Alpenfire has been one of our favorites of theirs. The 2023 vintage (year fruit was harvested) is slightly off-dry with strong acids and tannins . Like biting into a fresh, crisp, green apple. Lovely linger of fresh apple, candy lemon, tart acidity, and a slight tannic grip.

RAW Cider Co. (Oregon)

Kearns Estate Cider Dry, Orchard Based Cider

RAW Cider has been on the market for just a few years now, but is already producing some top-notch Pacific Northwest cider and perry releases each year. Owner and cidermaker Levi honed his skills working at other cideries in the past, before launching RAW in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. He most recently opened an orchard based tasting room in 2024.

Snowdrift Cider (Washington)

Press Runner Bittersweet Cider Blend

Snowdrift Cider has been making cider commercially since 2009, and recently began releasing a few great new orchard blends with an elegant new look, including this small batch cider. Press Runner is a rich, smooth, and bright cider made with a blend of Marechal and Black twig apple varieties.
